Suggest Treatment For Heart Burn And Bloating

yes l have had heart burn in the past but have taken protonix with out any problems, lately I have heart burn every day that is intense, I have not changed my diet, I feel very bloated in upper abd, and have gained 10lbs in a month, not have changed a thing in my diet/exercise routine, Im 54, healthy and active. Im 5 2 was 148lbs for ever now over 160lbs. What the heck?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. You are having gastrits along with reflux esophagitis.
2. You will need to take protonix along with additional domperidone. Domperidone will strengthen gastroesophageal sphincter, avoiding the acid to move up.
3. Due to excessive food intake due to burning pain, which would reduce pain and also stress, you have gained weight.
4. Regular meals and low spicy diet is essential. You would need medications for atleast 1-2 months. Have good hdyration.
