General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
If the air is escaping on blowing through , this means you have perforated ear drums - Tympanic Membrane. Get this confirmed at an ENT surgeon. Stop blowwing the nose as it may lodge the nasal secretions in the Middle Ears to cause Otitis Media and Externa. Get a course of proper medicines , give this a time to heal for at least 3 weeks before surgery can be planned. Most of such perforations heal on their own within 3 weeks if you or your ENT Surgeon is less enthusiastic
