I need to know what to do..... It started about a monday with headaches but it s getting worse daily. My appetite is gone and the only thing I ve been able to eat is salad. Thursday my ear popped and still has not un popped. Last night (Friday) I blacked out or passed out. But today has been the worst I am extremely conjested, my neck is stiff, my heart is racing (I ve timed it at 123beats per min resting) and I keep getting dizzy. .... What should I do?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be the sinusitis, and it has spread to the middle ear, and internal ear, causing block, vertigo etc. I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice water, ice cream, and the things allergic to you. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, phenylephrine, serratio peptidase, and diclofenac sodium. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
