Hello Rakshith! Scalp pain is very common in migraine headache, especially cervical migraine (i don't know if this is your case, but it can be, judging from the location you described like injured). WIth chronic headaches, especially migraine the scalp can become sensitive to touch. Adding to this condition the hitting of the head, that part become more sensitive because of the swelling, muscular tension, nerve terminations damage.
Another condition causing scalp pain is called occipital neuralgia. It is charachterized by a sharp pain and stabbing sensation in the back of te head and can be cause of trauma.
You have to see a doctor and give more details of the trauma and your headache before the injury and how it developed after, so a neurologist can decide which drug to give you for the preventin treatment of headache.
I hope i have been of help.
