Suggest Treatment For Headaches In A Child

sir My sister aged 13 years has been complaining of headache when we visited doctor he after x-ray stated that she has sinusities problem and given her some antibiotics . but now 10 days has passed she has not cured from headache though her condition has slightly improved . Further doctor after ultrasound has stated that she has bulky liver. Can u please suggest me as I am deeply worried about her health

sinusitis the mainstay of treatment is antibiotics and it will resolve on regular tretment.....hepatomegaly is caused by variety of causes,for that after proper evaluation only we can find the cause.
