Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Fever

I have lost 16 pounds for no known reason in the last month, I recently have been having fevers, pain in my left side, headaches, and my period has lasted two weeks which is not normal for me. I have not changed my daily life style in anyway. I went to the walk in clinic and they said I just had a kidney infection but i think it is more. What do you think?

history of significant weight loss suggest that you should undergo for lab investigations to find out the cause ,as you have no clinical symptoms excluding headache
i would suggest you following test -
routine blood test which includes hb value to rule out anemia.
ESR to rule out any chronic infection or malignancy if found significantly elevated.
CRP
chest x-ray if you have any discomfort in breathing .
till then take following medicines-
tab paracetamol SOS 500mg when u get headache.
tab pan 40 once daily before breakfast.
