Suggest Treatment For Headache

I did not hit my head on anything. I know this. Previously I was bitten by what my doctor think was a spider three times on my left thigh. Those were just itchy for a while and then all of the sudden they all three swelled to the size of 1 to 2 golf balls per bite. Not just that a new lump formed on my head! All day I ve had a terrible headache, and I don t know what to do.

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM! I read your question and understand your concern.

The new lump on your head may be an infection or inflammation. I would like to explain to you that there are several types of infectious diseases transmitted by insects bites.

I recommend you to consult with your GP for a careful physical examination and a routine blood test for infection.

A consult with the infection disease specialist and some specific infection disease tests are necessary to establish the diagnosis.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
