Hi,

You will need to find a physician willing to treat your migraine headaches with this medication and prescribe it on an ongoing basis. Since this is a controlled narcotic there are not very options for you to pursue except to perhaps seek out either a pain management specialist or a headache specialist willing to submit this prescription for you.

Alternatively, you may contact your pharmacy carrier directly and find out how to get this medication recovered since you say this is the only medication that seems to work to treat your migraine condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dariush Saghafi,
