Suggest Treatment For Headache , Stomach Ache And Sore Throat

My 8 year old has had a headache, stomach ache, on and off sore throat with accompanied diaheria. she is also warm especially the back of her neck. The symptoms seem like strep but all test have been negative. What does she have? She has had this on and off the last two months.

Hi, i can understand your concern.
Here most likely it could be repeated viral infection or allergic condition.
When this occur you are advised to do her CBC.If allergic condition then eosinophilia can occur.
For symptomatic relief i will advise you to give your baby simple analgesic and prophylactically start antibiotic.
For diarrhea take ORS dissolved water.
Take more fruits.
Avoid exposure to dust.
Do her handwash before eating.
Drink more water.
Try to keep her immunity high with taking fruits and nutritional diet.
This will mostly relieve her condition.If still no benefit then other possility we will think.
