Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Judging from your description the most likely nature of those headaches is tension type headache. It is the most common type of primary headaches and it is benign, it shouldn't be something serious. They are more common at the and of the day due to the stress accumulated during the day. Usually over the counter medications like Ibuprofen alleviates symptoms. If they are persistent over time and measures like relaxation exercises in the evening do not help, then regular preventive medication with Amitriptyline may be considered.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
