Suggest Treatment For Headache At Lower Back Of Head

I have had a headache on the lower right back of my head for over a week now. It isn t a constant pain. It is only in one very specific section and feels like a hangover type headache pressure headache but only in one spot. I have never experienced anything like it. I don t have insurance and am trying to see if it goes away on its own. How long is to long to wait and is it too dangerous to put off seeing an MD.
