Suggest Treatment For Headache And Tingling Sensation In The Face
i have tingling of the face. I am diabetic and have been taking an herbal supplement for this. im tired and have no energy. so I have been taking gensing pills as well. I have headaches that have woke me up but nothing that has alarmed me to be point of believing it is a stroke. I have dizziness when I turn my head to either side but that to is short lived.
Tingling can be due to neuropathy which is a known complication of diabetes though it can also occur with other conditions.
Dizziness or vertigo that occurs with certain head positions is sometimes related to a condition called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This is related to the inner ear, it is not life threatening but can be very uncomfortable to deal with.
You consider seeing your doctor to see if this the cause of your dizziness or if there is another cause, it does not sound like a stroke.
As part of your assessment, you may need blood tests such as complete blood count and thyroid function tests since you are complaining of fatigue. Anemia and low levels of thyroid hormones can cause fatigue.
I hope this helps
