Dizziness or vertigo that occurs with certain head positions is sometimes related to a condition called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This is related to the inner ear, it is not life threatening but can be very uncomfortable to deal with. You consider seeing your doctor to see if this the cause of your dizziness or if there is another cause, it does not sound like a stroke. As part of your assessment, you may need blood tests such as complete blood count and thyroid function tests since you are complaining of fatigue.
