General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The headache during a cold is a normal symptom which appears in major part of the patients.
So,I suggest you not to be worried .
I recommend to use anti-inflammatory medications to treat the headache.
I also suggest to use a saline nasal spray for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
