Suggest Treatment For Headache And Soreness In The Stomach

Hi I need to give you a bit of history first ,Have 4 grand- daughters I 8 was sick about 1 week back siad she had headache and sore stomach but seemed to be over it in 24 hours ,then her younger sister 4 yrs had the same thing on two days ago headache and hot and cold flushes ,yesterday 18 months old was very lethargic and hot and cold also and today is still the same ,am trying to keep her temp down in the normal ways but she has occassionally been having body jerks is this something I need to be concerned about

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Your 18 month old child is lethargic and fever present with some jerk ...this jerk could be mild convulsion....

Your should be consulted to pediatric doctor ....
If neck stiffness also present then meningitis has to be ruled out....
If needed CSF examination done ....
For that if needed antibiotic needed.

Second if it is not present then auscultation done ...
There might be bronchiolitis like infection condition...

So consult pediatric doc for physical examination and then subsequent work up.
