Suggest Treatment For Headache And Regular Nosebleed

hi, i have had a persistent cough for over 7 weeks now, but most recently i have been suffering with headaches, regular nosebleeds and feeling very tired .... i have been on antibiotics and also steroids to try and shift cough but nothing seems to be working any suggestions??

Thank you for your question on HCM! I appreciate your concern.

Based on your symptoms and on the fact that you have been using antibiotics and steroids, I would think about a fungal infection a possible cause of chronic cough and headache.

A fungal infection can also cause sinus infection with chronic headache and the diagnosis is often difficult to establish.

I recommend you to perform a routine blood test, sinus Xray and chest Xray. A sinus discharge culture would also be helpful.
