Suggest Treatment For Headache And Eye Pain

I ve had a severe headache since yesterday. Started on whole right side front to back. Now mostly concentrated in eyes and forehead/temples. There is bruising around my eyes. Pointed pain between right eye and bridge of nose. Taking decongestant. Otc pain meds doing nothing. I tried ice. Also no effect. I ve only had one other similar event, about a month ago, otherwise no history of migraines.

Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have a regular headache. The pain in a headache happens due to a trigger factor and also due to the dilatation of blood vessels in the head which leads to pain. Here are a few things that you can try:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
