Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness

Hi I m 26 years old woman I don t smoke drink occasionally. and just recently noticed that when I push the crown it s hurts and feels like I m experiencing a headache and feel dizzy. I also suffer from migraines really bad went to the hospital for migraines they sad I was ok. But I don t know what to believe because they also said that I was okay when I woke up one morning and I couldn t move my neck and he said it was a bad sprain come to find out I had a herniated disc in my neck. It sounded like fluid rushing by the side of my head by my ear. I found out I going to get my own and MRI done. I don t know where to start for help , please help me
