Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a harrowing disease and usually distressing and I am here to help you understand it and prevent it.

Firstly, let us understand what a migraine is. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache that occurs due to a trigger factor. Example of trigger factors are:
Colds
Fevers
Exercise
Sunlight and other such factors.

You can try to avoid a migraine by identifying a trigger factor and then prevent it. Also, you can try the following to see if it helps you:
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
