Hello! Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM! I understand your concern, and would explain that it is normal to have headache after such a head trauma. From the other hand, based on your past medical history, you are a very susceptible person to the pain. Nevertheless, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination and a scull x ray study, to check if everything is all right. If your situation worsens in the next days, instead of improving, a brain CT scan may be necessary, to exclude possible delayed intracranial hemorrhage.
