Suggest Treatment For Headache After Hitting Head

I hit my head earlier when I fell backwards. I can't remember the fall but I remember the events immediately before and after.the fall. Now whenever I'm around bright lights my headache hurts even more then it does. After wards I was groggy and have lost my appetite since. This happened about 8 hours ago

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here and I would suggest that your present complaint of pain and discomfort may not be because of your hit of the head but the chances of tension headache would be more likely and could be triggered with the anxiety and depression, keep the stress level low have a nice day.
