Suggest Treatment For Headache, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea

I have had severe diarrhea for the past 2 days. At this point I have a really bad headache (probably dehydration) and bad pains on the right side of my abdomen. The past several times I have gone to the bathroom my stool looked as though there was blood in it. Should I go to the emergency room?

dehydration should be corrected if requered by iv fluid. get stool examined. can take metrogyl 200 mg thrice daily for 5days.
