Suggest Treatment For Head Pain And Severe Body Pain

Hi, I have had intermittent head pain for the past month. When I get it, it feels like a zing going across part of my head. Sometimes I won t have it for up to 2 days and then it comes back. It only lasts a second. It has been at the base of my head, the temples, above my ears and the top. I have also had pain in other parts of my body: collar bone, upper arm, ankle, wrist on both sides, chest, but mostly it is in my head. I have no fever.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the headache with severe body pain seem in relation with migraine component with fibromyalgia counterpart most likely. There are salient guidelines in this regard:
- Drink more liquids and maintain hydration status
- Analgesic as acetaminophen, specific migraine therapy as Ergotamine and others will support a lot
- Meditations and YOGA for soothing brain and soul

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
