Suggest Treatment For Hazy Infiltrates In The Lung

I had annual physical examination last week and rhe result of my x-ray is hazy infiltrates in both upper lobe. Impression: minimal ptb activity undetermined.. What does it mean? I dont have cough and colds that time.. Do i have PTB? And do i need to take medication? Please help me.. Thanks.
