HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It can be difficult to control hay fever symptoms sometimes because the triggers are environmental and total control can only be obtained if you can identify and reduce your exposure to the environmental triggers.

Telfast is an antihistamine. If it has not worked then you then you need to consider using another antihistamine and also use montelukast.

In addition the use of a topical steroid nasal spray would also be helpful to reducing the symptoms.

I hope this helps
