Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hard areas over the cheek where the teeth bites the cheek can be due to excessive keratin formation as a protective phenomena of the mucosa..

If you have a semi- impacted wisdom tooth then you need to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray has to be done..

In case of impacted wisdom tooth then the permanent treatment for it has to be Extraction of the wisdom tooth..
As of now for pain in bite area you can apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine..
Suck ice pops up..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
