Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump On The Buttocks
Hey I had a fat transfer into my buttocks in April 2013, but I ve noticed a big lump about 9cm long it s hard I was thinking fat necrosis but nervous about it.. It causes me no pain and I barely notice that it s there only when I touch it from time to time, you can t even see it. Can this be necrosis..?? I m always nervous about cancer. I seen sarcoma of the soft tissue. I have no family history of cancers.

It is not likely that cancer will occur in graft,however these symptoms are suggestive of liponecrosis and you should do ultrasound or ct scan to rule this out since it may have to be removed if Liponecrosis is present.
