hello, for the past few months my niece has believed that there is a girl living inside her couch. I believe that she has always had a mental disorder as she could be happy one minute and then infuriated the next. She believes that her boyfriend is inlove with this girl and that she sometimes hides in the couch or her mattress. my sister and I would really like to help her, but just do not know what to do as her condition seems to be getting worse. My niece is the daughter of my oldest sister who died over fourty years ago. She was murdered by her husband, who then took his own life. After she passed away my 3rd eldest sister got married when she was just 17 and decided to take care of my sisters 3 children. My niece is the youngest of the 3. She is in her early fourties now with 5 children of her own. I believe that when she was in her teens, she may have had some form of abuse, as she went into foster care when she was a teen....long story. She has always been a very angry person when someone has done her wrong, but she could be the most loving as well. We need to help her as this is also affecting her children. I also know that she had tried to commit suicide on more than one occasion years ago as well as gotten involved in drugs, any help would be greatly appreciated
