Hello, I have been dieting for about 8 months and slowly losing weight. Recently I have gained a couple of pounds despite my increase in exercise and walking Also I have been losing hair I noticed in the shower and have been getting upset stomach. Should I follow up with my physician

As You are on Dieting For About 8 Months it is very much possible that your hair loss may be related to nutritional Deficiencies caused by imbalance and poor diet
it is very important to follow a nutritional expert while on weight loss program to make sure you take all essential vitamins and minerals while on dieting because to loose weight you need to restrict your carbohydrates and fat intake but if you are dieting on your own methods , there are high chances that you are not getting proper amount of essential vitamins and minerals and that's why you are loosing hair
same thing can happen with your stomach when you exercise a lot and eat less or eat in improper way which may leads to indigestion for this Don't exercise immediately after meal , and also don't eat heavy meals immediately after Work Out
finally i would strongly suggest you to see your GP to get yourself examine properly , also see your Nutritionist to get a proper diet plan and chart so that you can achieve your desired weight without having nutritional deficiency
