Suggest Treatment For Hair-fall And Thinning Of Facial Hair

I am twenty three years of age and facing hair fall problems since last two years...hair thinning has also been observed. i have consulted a dermatologist and he has suggested the following treatment for three months 1. lotion Hair 4 u spray five times morning and evening 2. cap adgain kindly let me know does it has any side effects and how long one has to continue with such medicines
