General Surgeon 's  Response
Welcome to healthcare magic for your health concerns
I am Dr Fahim and I will help you with your problem

I have gone through your question and understood your concern. It appears to thrombosed veins along thrombosed hemorrhoids. These is clotted blood in there, when it got infected it leads to formation of pus. You need a review by general surgeon. Who after performing Digital rectal examination and proctoscopy will assess your condition and will then guide you about further course of treatment. Which most likely will be operation; excision of the thrombosed piles under spinal anesthesia. Followed by antibiotic coverage and analgesics. I wish rapid and full recovery.

I hope my answer will help you. Do rate my answer if you like it.
