Hi,

Have a consultation with an endocrinologist and do a hormone test to confirm whether your issue is related to hormones. If not, you can go to a plastic surgeon for complete cure. If not, you need to have a consultation with a physiotherapist for appropriate exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
