Suggest Treatment For Gynecomastia In Men

I have gynecomastia and since I am a man I feel angry that breast are sagging on my chest. I am unemployed and don t have any money to my name. I hate feeling the weight sagging from my chest and I have considered cutting a small incision on my nipple and attempt to squeeze the gland out myself since I cannot afford paying a surgeon. How dumb of an idea is this and do you think I will be in pain?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
In my opinion you should not attempt for this you may get infection and lot of pain

I would like to know since how long you have this problem
is it on both the side or one side?

Gynaecomastia does not require surgery all the time
asymptomatic cases can be kept under observation
You need not to worry until it troubles you
If it increases in size or develops discharge than it has to get operated

Hope this answers your question
thanks for using our services
best wishes
