49 yrs old extremely active mother of 13 yr old twins. Active runner and excersise everyday andceat very healthy.Was very sexuslly active up to a yr ago. Not in relations now. Since April 19th after I ran a 1/2 marathon I began to see significant change in breast size. Then suddenly my six pack looks like I am 3months pregnant not retaing musle swollen pelvis clitoris gone and labia deflated and hanging more so on left. Groin pain on both sides but swollen on left Always had very full labia and clitoris .Constant pressure to urinate and pressure but constipated. After Ct of abdomen pelvic ulrasound groin ulrasound and upper gi xray only told I have some cysts couple swollen lymph nodes and couple fibroid tumors. But I am uncomfortable look like a malnutritioned swollen bellyed person. I was told initially maybe premenopause but symtoms worse in3 months . What other care should I seek ? Because I am a generally fit thin person I am treated with prejudice. I f I tbought I was just getting fat I would go get lipo
