Suggest Treatment For Greenish Loose Motions

Hi,my 2years 7months old baby is having watery stool that is greenish in colour .there is a slight increase in his temperature but he still plays and jumps around the house.i have stopped his intake of diary foods today .please what medicine can i give him as well.

Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child has greenish watery loose stools and low grade fever, the child is probably suffering from stomach infection.
In stomach infection, there are loose stools, fever, pain abdomen and dehydration can also occur.
If I was your treating doctor, i would have given syrup cefixime (5 ml =50 mg) 5 ml three times a day for 3 days with enterogermina ampule once a day for 3 days and ORS solution 100 ml each stool to prevent dehydration.
