Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

Your ultrasound neck shows : Multiple nodules in thyroid
Blood tests : Hyperthyroidism

Do you have weight loss, palpitation, sweating, tremor?
Are you already on some thyroid medications?

You should consult a physician. If I were your treating physician I would have suggested you the following tests:
For goiter: You need to do an FNAC thyroid (needle test)
For hyperthyroidism: You should do a Technitium thyroid scan to decide on type of hyperthyroidism.

The decision will be based on these tests.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
