Hi
Since you have five parteners and dont practice safe sex these sores and pimple are a concern although vaginal sores and pimples can occur in the absence of sexually transmitted infections.

You say you also have genital warts. You must see a Gynecologist or dermatologist and have a thorough check up. Get a pap smear done. Take hepatitis B vaccination if you have not taken before. Don't get scared. May be there is nothing serious. You will be causing more harm to yourself by delaying to see a doctor.

Some of the sexually transmitted infections can cause infection in the pelvis leading to fallopian tube block. This can prevent you from getting pregnant. I am sure you are aware of the harm caused by sexually transmitted diseases. Therefore you must practice safe sex.
