Suggest Treatment For Gastroparesis And Stomach Pain

I have no problem with digestion but alot of stomach pain after a meal I was diagnosed with gastroporesis. but what is puzzling me is that when i hurt my neck recently all my right side of my back was inflamed and then i began getting pain in my stomach and it was swollen ... would it be the nervous system or a muscle...i am a retired nurse

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for abdominal pain. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach for vomiting and nausea if present. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause and take further treatment.
