Suggest Treatment For Gastritis

Hi Doctor, I am 29 Yrs old female,I got lot of gas problems.I don t know what is causing gas.I eat timely ie 10am breakfast 1-2pm lunch,evening some snacks and dinner at 10.30pm.But gasproblem has increased since 3-4 months.I eat chapatti at lunch and basmati rice and chapatti at dinner..Whats wrong with me?

More gas problem that may because of more fatty food consuption.

Too fast eating and improper chewing may cause gas problem.

Stress and anxiety may aggravate a condition.
Lactose intolerance may cause excessive bloting problem.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, turnips, broccoli, carbonated drinks etc. ..

Avoid spicy foods and fatty foods.
Drink more water.
Do a regular exercise.
Simethicone drug help for gas relief.
