dear user

about your question i would like to tell you that these complain refer for having gastro oesophageal reflux or gastritis that matches your words and reflux is harmful and cause heart burn sensation you have..........your feeling of these symptoms should not make you worry as it is common problem.........about management of that....you should limit drinking coffee or tea and alcoholic drinks...... you should be away from stress and anxiety and hot spicy foods because these will get symptoms worse.......
you should also avoid any hot drinks or food as it will cause more irritation ........you can used rantidine or omeprazole to decrease gastric acidity and improvement deosnot occur and this lead us to think about bacterial infection ........my advice is to do helicopacter pylori antibodies investigative test ..............if test became positive you should have triple therapy of amoxicillin and omeprazole and metronidazole.......this bacteria cause severe gastritis with heart burn not resoved with rantidine or omeprazole alone and need that triple therapy.......important note to stay away from smoking and stay away from coffee and tea ....as coffee and tea and alcoholics increase gastritis .......also dont take any medications that make it worse like as ibubrufen or declofenac analgesics or antipyretics except described by specialist............

wish you healthy life
