Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Diarrhea
I have had serious diahrea for 4 mths. now. No stomach pain but lately more gas. it is causing hemorrhoids & soreness with some bleeding. Have health insurance but no primary m.d.. Take natural supplements including fiber drink 46 oz.s of water & try to eat healthy. Any suggestions on what more I can do from home?

You are suffering from chronic diarrhea. But you also mentioned some bleeding along with loose stool. It may be hemorrhoids that cause this bleeding or may be dysentery.
In this case, first of all, you should investigate to find out etiology whether it is infective or allergic. For this, stool microscopy examination is first and basic investigation.
If it is infective then you start Tab Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day, Tab Ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day, Tab/Sachet Probiotics thrice a day, Cap Pantoperazole 40 mg twice a day before meal; all these for 10-14 days.
If it si allergic, then treat according to Irritable bowel disease like Tab Amitryptlin 10 mg at night, Cap Normaxin RT thrice a day, Cap Esomeperazole with Domperidon twice a day, Tab Rifaximine 400 mg twice a day
