Hello and welcome to HCM,
Gall stones can cause inflammation of the gall bladder which is characterised by pain in right upper abdomen especially after having food, nausea and malaise.
Gall stones can be visualized on ultrasound abdomen.
Management of gall stones is surgery.
Since, you have mentioned that you are hepatitis C positive, a test for hepatitis C RNA copies should be done to assess the viral load in the body.
If the viral load is high, anti-viral therapy will be required.
Since, you are hepatitis C positive, you should not donate blood to prevent transmission of infection.

Thanks and take care
