Suggest Treatment For Gallbladder Sessile Multipolyp With Calculus

I (Male 41 years) have been diagonised with gall bladder sessile multipolyp with galbladder calculus. Maximum size of the polyp is about 5-6mm. What is the treatment? Should I go for immediate laproscopy. I have breathlessness after eating. I am a sports person. How soon can I get back to sports/ games after the Laproscopy.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The presence of a polyp would not normally be associated with shortness of breath.

Most commonly, abdominal pain and other abdominal symptoms would occur. This means that your shortness of breath may be related to another cause that may need assessment by your doctor.

If there are no symptoms related to the polyp then it may not need removal.
If laproscopy is done, it would take 2 to 4 weeks for recovery.

I hope this helps
