General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I would recommend a visit to your doctor, if possible a specialist (gastroenterologist). A stool sample for occult blood, and abdominal ultrasound and possibly even an upper GI endoscopy. I am not sure, but it could be an upper GI bleed due to some underlying condition (e.g. ulcers).

Best wishes.
