hai i am atul bhardwaj, aged 35 year old, residing in delhi. from last more than 15 year i have a fingul infaction on the finger, a consult a doctor earlier and he give a injection in the effected area, steroid injection. for about 2 years the finger skin was normal but now again the problem developed. what is the permanent treatment. secondly i have infected by itching problem around private parts. the infected area has been converted into black. please suggest the treatment.
