Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection Between Scrotum And Rectum

My nephew has a fungus between the scrotum and the rectum. He had an Mir and it pin pointed a sac ,however the dr said if they do any surgery it may cause a problem with the controlled his bowel. Is it possible that he get a treatment with infusion of gentimician and the fungus may be cleared?

Hi, Gentamycin will not be effective on fungus.
Cap Itraconazole (Dose according to body weight) and topical sertaconazole is effective in treating fungal infection.
