Hi thanks for using Healthcaremagic
there are quite a few reasons for urge incontinence.(difficulty in controlling the urine urge)
In this age hypertrophy of prostrate has to be ruled out with an USG. and a clinical evaluation .This will cause incomplete evacuation of the bladder and will cause urge incontinence. It can also cause frequent urinary infection.
there drugs which can reduce the size of the prostate
chronic infection has be treated with long term antibiotic
uncontrolled sugar values also can cause
the problem
All these things has to be kept in mind
