Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
As the pus cells are present (8-10), better get the culture and sensitivity of the stool and give appropriate antibiotic in consultation with your doctor.
Continue rinifol as advised by your doctor.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
