Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query frequent nausea and headache can occur due to many reasons like middle ear infection , Meniere's disease . There can also be other reasons like food poisoning , food intolerance and migraine , low blood sugar and iron level. You should not ignore this , because sometimes the condition get complicated. i would suggest you to start with antibiotics, steroids and labrynthine sedatives for 5 to 7 weeks. you should go for vestibular rehabilitation exercises. You should consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. Avoid touching and pricking it with any sharp object. You should also consult neurologist for migraine and gastroenterologist for gastric problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
