Suggest Treatment For Frequent Heartburn
Frequent heartburn and now localized Rt. of midline stomach pain. No N,V,D, no Fever, Appetite normal. No Hx. of ulcers or gastric problems. Hx. positive for shortened bowel syn. after 18 in. of small intestine removed 3 yrs. ago due to burned intestines and frequent SBO s. Nephrologist requested I not use Zanrac x 2 wks. for labs. Am using Buffered ASA x 1, 325 mg. chewed in attempt for heartburn relief. Works for that. Stomach area pain is new. Suggestions?

Most probably it is due to severe gastritis secondary to acid reflux.
As a first line management you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole.
If symptoms persists better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
