Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headaches

Hi, I recently observed that I don t have Lunula on my nails. I heard that Lunula is very important. I searched in google and found that this is lake of B12. I am frequently getting headache and feeling sick. So can you please suggest me how to get B12 and can we use supplementary for the same?

How are you doing now?
Please get your blood test done for Bit B12 levels. As such there is no harm is taking Vitamin B12 supplements available over the counter.
Yet it is a nice idea to have a check on normal levels and ask your physician about it.

Headache is very common due to dehydration. So drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Also avoid foods that give rise to acidity problem.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Hope you start feeling better soon.
